Burial Containers

At Kings Mountain Preserve, the burial container must be biodegradable and meet the Green Burial Council standards for burial in a conservation burial ground. Below are acceptable containers. Kings Mountain Preserve does not provide or sell these containers. You will need to contact a funeral home or artisan to purchase the casket, basket, shroud, or urn.
